gdox 0.2.4 plays xbox 360 discs and owned images through its matching xenia build on windows x86-64, linux x86-64, and steam deck. xbox 360 playback is not available on macos or android.
physical discs
the only xbox 360 drive profile is HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GP63EX70 / RF02 / usb 0e8d:1887.
windows supports the validated xgd2 profile. linux and steam deck support the validated xgd2 and xgd3 profiles.
the other documented drive profiles support original xbox only.
storage
gdox reads game content from the selected disc or image. saves and profiles persist; game content, shader caches, and session files do not.
